Shell prostredia

Linuxové systémy podporujú viaceré shell prostredia, ktoré poskytujú príkazové rozhranie (command-line interface) používané na interakciu so systémom. Jednotlivé shelly ponúkajú rozdielnu syntax, možnosti skriptovania a funkcie pre používateľov.

Dostupné shell prostredia

Na HPC clusteroch SAS sú dostupné nasledujúce shell prostredia.

Sú dostupné nasledujúce shell prostredia:

  • bash
  • tcsh
  • csh

Sú dostupné nasledujúce shell prostredia:

  • bash
  • csh

Predvolený shell

Bash je predvolený shell pre všetky používateľské účty. Ak potrebujete zmeniť svoj predvolený shell, kontaktujte podporný tím administrácie.


Prispôsobenie shell prostredia

Po prihlásení si môžu používatelia prispôsobiť svoje shell prostredie úpravou konfiguračných súborov umiestnených v ich domovskom adresári.

Pre Bash je najčastejšie používaným konfiguračným súborom:

~/.bashrc

Tento súbor sa načíta pri spustení novej interaktívnej Bash relácie. Bežne sa používa na nastavenie:

  • premenných prostredia
  • aliasov príkazov
  • funkcií shellu
  • načítania modulov
  • úpravy premennej PATH

Neinteraktívne relácie

Nespúšťajte príkazy, ktoré zapisujú do štandardného výstupu (napr. \(echo\), \(module list\) a pod.), v súbore \(.bashrc\), pretože výstup počas neinteraktívnych SSH relácií môže narušiť prenos súborov (SCP/SFTP) pre váš účet. Vykonávanie takýchto príkazov podmieňte kontrolou interaktivity, ako je uvedené v príklade vyššie ($case \(- in *i*) ;; *) return;; esac\)).

Modulové prostredie

Aplikácie na clusteroch sa spravujú pomocou Lmod modulového systému. Moduly umožňujú používateľom dynamicky konfigurovať svoje shell prostredie pre konkrétne softvérové balíky.

Moduly automaticky nastavujú:

  • cesty k spustiteľným súborom
  • cesty ku knižniciam
  • potrebné premenné prostredia
  • závislé softvérové moduly

Softvér na oboch clusteroch sa zostavuje pomocou EasyBuild. Dostupné moduly pre jednotlivé clustre si môžete prezrieť v nasledujúcej dokumentácii:

Konfigurácia prostredia

Po načítaní modulu sa automaticky nakonfigurujú potrebné premenné prostredia a cesty ku knižniciam potrebné na spustenie aplikácie.
